Bio322: Biophysics Labs
- Nucleic acids: Purify genomic DNA from E. coli and S.
aureus study the melting dynamics of it. Change salt concentration to
see their effects. Discuss. Protocol

teams each day. Collective data gathering, individual reports. Data from
other groups will be posted. Use it to discuss your results. Date for submission of report: 5-Nov-2012.
Instructions for submission:
- I expect a lab-report from EACH student.
- The reports of multiple students may be similar/the same if they
belong to the same group.
- Please mention clearly the group number and date when the experiment
was performed.
- Copy-paste the protocol on the course website for aim, materials and
methods.
- Insert the graphs of your data and interpret them in the results
section.
- Name your files as "Lab01_Lastname_Firstname.pdf" where
Lastname_Firstname are YOUR name/s.

- Developmental patterns
