Multiscale tumour modelling code

This code is provided without any guarantees of any sort. It refers to a development version that was part of the research published in two papers [1,2]. Subsequent changes have superseeded this code. I will try to answer your queries regarding this code, if you have problems. And if you do make improvements to it, I’d love to hear about it. Additionally in case you do reuse, please cite it using the reference Athale et al. [1]

Future developments would involve improving the numerical integration, more efficient algorithms for multi-scaled reaction kinetics, and a visual network desginer interface, possibly based on some graph representation.
