About the speaker:

Dr. Ronald Koop brings more than 13 years of experience as a field application scientist in optical imaging of small animals with a deep understanding of the technology and its applications. Ron is experienced indesigning and planning of scientific experiments through more than 10 years as a postdoctoral scientist and group leader in California, Germany and Spain. In his current role he is supporting a large number of reasearch groups in their experiment planning, study design, image acquisition and data analysis in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Ron is a member of the European and World Molecular imaging societies and connected with research groups in this field.
