Abstract:
I review the ideas concerning the possibility of having negative mass solutions in General Relativity. We review the conceptual basis of negative mass and the framework in which it can arise. We insist that any matter in the system satisfy the dominant energy condition. With this constraint, we demonstrate the existence of stable, non-singular thin-wall bubble type solutions of negative mass in de Sitter space.
