A dual version of Ore's theorem for boolean intervals

First we discuss a dual version of a theorem of Oystein Ore, for any boolean interval of finite groups [H, G] having a nonzero dual Euler totient. Next we conjecture that the dual Euler totient is always nonzero for boolean interval of finite groups. We then discuss the first results we get by investigating this conjecture.
