Abstract :
have used a wide range of telescopes at different wavelenths to study the physical and chemical properties of GMCs in the Large Magellanic Cloud, our closest (satellite) galaxy. In particular we have focused on the difference in<br style="\\"color:" rgb(0,="" 0,="" 0);="" font-family:="" \\"times="" new="" roman\\",="" \\"new="" york\\",="" times,="" serif;="" font-size:="" large;\\"=""> GMC properties in metal poor and metal rich environments.
