Abstract :
<p style="\\"text-align:" justify;\\"=""> Particle physics has developed over the last 44 years from a somewhat coarse science (with notable exceptions) to a field of precision calculations and experiments. This talk reviews the questions that arose in particle physics (or at least in parts of it) ) 44 years ago, 30 years ago up to 10 years ago and the answers found over the years and the new questions that developed from them. An attempt is made to find the relevant questions of today and use the past experience to search for answers.
