On Curvature of Hermitian Manifolds

In this talk, we shall discuss the sign of the curvature (mainly holomorphic sectional curvature) of Hermitian manifolds that posses the structure of a holomorphic fibration. A fibration, loosely speaking, is a generalization of fiber bundles. For a given fibration, we can talk about its two “directions”: base and fibers. Suppose we know the sign of the curvature on the two “directions” of the fibration. Then, we would like to discuss what can be said about the sign of the curvature of the total space.
