Chhau is a semi-classical traditional dance from eastern Indian states that has tribal, folk and martial elements. This programme brings together nuances of Kathak and energy of the Mayurbhanj Chhau which has its origins in Odisha - the paired state for Maharashtra under Govt. of India's Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) initiative
