Competitions in Karavaan 2018:
1) CONQUISTAR 2018: An online treasure hunt based on the theme Fandoms and Fiction
2) Crime Scene Investigation (CSI): A literary event where riddles and puzzles need to be solved
3) Karavaan Quiz: A general quiz with multiple levels on the theme Fandoms and Fiction
4) One-liner Challenge: A programming event where problems need to be solved with one line of a code
5) Brushes On!: General Art Contest
6) Facial Èclat: A face painting competition
7) Antakshari: The classic singing game but with twists
8) Mushayara: A poetry night for Hindi and Urdu lovers
9) Stand-up and Open mic: A general stand-up comedy and open mic event
10) Shipwreck: A Science-Drama event
11) Dumb-Charades: A drama event involving mime
12) Minute Change Challenge: A drama event with characters to be played being changed every minute
13) Half-a-Script: A street play competition
14) Duet Singing: A singing competition
15) Duet Instrumental: An instrumental music competition
16) Gaming Nights: Nights of video games in which teams compete.
17) Green Screen: A blindfolded guessing game where videos covering genres of science fiction, current affairs in science and pop culture are to be recognised by just listening to them
18) Blahfest: Given an everyday observation, participants need to come up with the most absurd hypotheses explaining them and backing with accurate arguments
19) Math Treasure Hunt: A treasure hunt with mathematical clues
