Mentoring Program for Scholars of the Lady Tata Memorial Trust (LTMT)
on completion of two years of Junior Research Fellowship

Time: 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
Venue: Lecture Hall Complex, IISER Pune
The LTMT scholars will present research carried out during two years of their JRF. The Indian Scientific Advisory Committee (ISAC) of the LTMT will evaluate their work and recommend them for promotion to SRF.
Two LTMT Young Researcher Awardees will also make presentations:
11.30 am:
Mechanisms of increased Asthma risk in Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome - Dr Anurag Agrawal
12.00 noon:
Uncovering the role of human mitochondrial heat shock protein 70 (mtHsp70) in pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease and progression - Dr. P. D'silva
This will be followed by short talks of two PhD students from IISER Pune: Abhinav Parivesh and Manawa Diwekar
All talks are open to IISER PhD students.
