Earth and Climate Science at IISER Pune has organized a short course titled:
Introduction to Seismic Exploration Technology for Hydrocarbon

(Research Scientist at Shell Rijswijk , The Netherlands)
Duration: One week (10 lectures, 2 hrs/day)
Dates: February 29 to March 4, 2016
Though the course is primarily designed for thirtd and fourth year BS - MS students, and research students of Maths, Physics and Geophysics, anyone interested is welcome.
No prior knowledge of geology is required.
