IISER Pune, in association with the Indian Society of Developmental Biologists (InSDB) has organised two workshops for biology students on:

1. Microscopy and Image Analysis in Model systems

Dates: June 21-24, 2017

Hands-on workshop for students to learn microscopy based techniques in live imaging of model organisms such as flies and zebra fish.

2. Genome Engineering in Model Organisms with Crispr/Cas

Dates: June 22-24, 2017

Lecture-based workshop by experts on using Crispr/Cas methods to generate gene variants in cell lines and model organisms such as flies, worms and zebra fish
