IISER Pune will be organising a Satellite Meeting to the International Congress of Cell Biology, Hyderabad:
Dynamics Within and Across the Confined Cellular Space
Theme: Cellular compartmentalization serves to sort and confine reactions and is typically established by the formation of membrane-bound organelles. Their quasistatic appearance is in fact maintained by constant turnover of lipids and proteins through finely tuned cycles of vesicle formation and consumption within and across organelles. This symposium aims to bring together leaders in the contemporary field of cell biology of inter- and intra-organelle transport that contributes to the establishment of cellular identity.
