Teacher Training Programme for School Teachers

under

Royal Society of ChemistryYusouf Hameid Inspirational Chemistry Programme

The workshop aims to develop and augment the skills of Indian science teachers in delivering quality science education and thus raise the standards of science education in India. The focus is to help teachers shift from rote learning to active learning to make science learning enjoyable and interesting for students. The workshop will have both theory and practical sessions.

The programme is limited to about 90 school teachers. They will be trained by Teacher Developers who themselves have been trained by RSC in association with Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE-TIFR).
