About: Demands of 21^st century have transformed the traditional chalk–talk teaching model to one driven by technology. Educators across globe are striving to invent innovative methods to sustain student engagement in e-learning modules. In our efforts to address some of the challenges of asynchronous digital teaching, we are happy to announce a webinar series for middle-high school teachers. This series of 12 webinars will focus on digital pedagogies and their applicability in digital classrooms. Webinars will cover diverse topics, bringing together experts in the field of education to bridge the gap between theory and practice of digital education.

Abstract:
The goal of creative learning is to create and foster makers who can take innovation to the next level. Toys made from everyday objects can be used effectively to explain the science behind them via activity based learning. With the use of these simple toys and the art of storytelling, I aim to bring back the gleam in the eyes of students by inculcating scientific temper and replacing the rote learning process with hands-on experiential learning. In this talk, I will share some innovative and exciting ways to make teaching and learning, engaging, and inspiring.
