The program is focused on providing training in career-building topics that are not covered in traditional science curricula. DST in partnership with IISER Pune, the IUSSTF and CoACh International, USA will be conducting this programme. Several national and international experts will conduct sessions on a range of topics. The experts will present the content of each module to familiarize/guide participants on how to provide such training for women students/faculty in their own institutions. The sessions will be highly interactive and will include practicing skills and role-playing.  Apart from international faculty, distinguished Indian guest speakers will include eminent experts from academia, scientific community, and civil society and government organizations. A local field visit to examine some initiatives in the area would also be organised to provide first-hand experience of the subjects under consideration.
