Workshop on NGS Analysis
February 24-27, 2014

This workshop will provide hands-on-training in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis relevant for genomics and epigenetics studies. The speakers are from a range of fields from cancer genomics, epigenetics, computational biology and others that use Next Generation Sequencing in their research. Along with industry partner Persistent Systems Limited, the Center of Excellence (CoE) in Epigenetics at IISER Pune will be hosting the workshop. The speakers include Mitali Mukherji (IGIB, New Delhi); Vineet Sharma (IISER, Bhopal); Amit Dutt (ACTREC, Mumbai); Leelavati Narlikar (NCL, Pune); Farhat Habib (IISER, Pune); Krishanpal Karmodiya (IISER, Pune); and K. Thangaraj (CCMB, Hyderabad).
