Two-day Workshop on Science Film Production

Objective: To train and facilitate participants to create visual media content relevant to science with special emphasis on communicating science to public. A major challenge that the scientific community faces today is to communicate complex scientific concepts to the general public. In addition, some research journals are also looking for scientific video content. After this workshop, the participants will be in a position to develop such content.

Date: Saturday & Sunday, April 8-9, 2017

Venue: Science Media Centre, Guest House Complex, IISER Pune

Number of seats: 12-15

Please note: There is no registration fee. No travel/daily allowance will not be provided. Accommodation: as per the availability and on payment basis.  Tea and lunch: will be provided to all participants, at no cost.
