Time: 10.00 am – 5.00 pm

Venue: Science Media Centre, Guest house complex, IISER Pune

Abstract: Communicating science effectively is equally important as doing science research. Science theatre is an effective medium of communicating science as it involves knowledge spread with entertainment.  The aim of the workshop is to provide basic training in theatrical science. The workshop will be conducted by a skilled drama performer who combines her passion for science and drama to create theatrical science!

Eligibility: Science undergraduates and graduates who are passionately interested in theatrical science.

Selection: Applying does not automatically guarantee that a candidate will be selected for the workshop. In addition to the basic eligibility above, we may use other criteria based on the received applications to shortlist candidates depending on the number and quality of applications received.

Support: Selected participants will be provided double sharing accommodation and food, for the entire duration of the course. Travelling allowance is not included. Participants are expected to stay for the full duration of the programme. It is mandatory for all the participants to attend all sessions.
