The SPPU has instituted an innovative Bachelors in Science degree known as B.Sc (Blended) in collaboration with the University of Melbourne, Australia and the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Pune to strengthen science education at the undergraduate level. The first batch of the course will offer BSc (Blended) in Biosciences and will be conducted by and at Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Shivajinagar, Pune 411005

F.Y.B.Sc. (Blended) Course (Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune in Collaboration with University of Melbourne and IISER, Pune)
Admissions will be given strictly on the basis of merit of marks and rules of reservation. The course will be run by Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Shivajinagar, at their campus.
Intake: 45 seats
Duration: 3 years under SPPU .
Eligibility: a) H.S.C. (10+2) Science Passed with PCMB or equivalent.
b) Admission would be made on merit basis with PCMB group.
Criteria for selection: Candidate will be selected strictly on the basis of merit of marks and rules of reservation. Merit is evaluated on the basis of performance in H.S.C.
