IISER Pune is looking to hire faculty members for its Humanities and Social Sciences Programme, preferably in the fields of Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, and Literature/Linguistics. Strong candidates from other disciplines within HSS are also encouraged to apply. 

We are looking for applicants who are experts in their disciplines and have wide-ranging interests in other HSS and allied disciplines. The candidate must have an outstanding publication record, extensive teaching experience, and ideally be able to procure, or already possess, external research funding. The candidate must also be able to envisage themselves as an integral part in the development of the programme.
