IISER Pune and the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, Regional Station, Pune (IARI-RS) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on January 13, 2021 for academic collaboration and to strengthen each other’s research and facilities. It will be beneficial to scientists, faculty members, and students of both the organisations. The MoU will enable the two organisations to share expertise and facilities with each other and establish a vibrant academic collaboration by undertaking joint activities in their respective fields of research. Members who were present at the signing of the MoU include Dr. G.K. Mahapatro and Dr. Raj Verma from IARI-RS, Pune, and Prof. Sanjeev Galande, Dr. Sagar Pandit, Dr. V.S. Rao and Prof. Anjan Banerjee from IISER Pune.

IARI-RS, Pune is a constituent station of IARI, New Delhi (under ICAR-Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Department of Agricultural Research and Education, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India). IISER Pune welcomes this association with IARI-RS and looks forward to a fruitful partnership.
