H3T6ph
H3T6 phosphorylation via PKC beta I prevents LSD1 from demethylating H3K4, thus maintaining the active methyl marks during androgen-dependent gene activation. Increased levels of PKC beta I and phosphorylated H3T6 positively correlate with high Gleason scores of prostate carcinomas (PMID: 20228790).
