H2AY142ph
Tyrosine 142 phosphorylation is mediated by WSTF tyrosine kinase which has no homology to any known kinase fold. This represents a separate mechanism for DNA damage response other than S139 phosphorylation of H2A.X.(PMID: 19092802).
