H4K5ac
Hyperacetylated histone H4 marks transcriptionally active regions of the chromatin (PMID: 8343956). H4K5ac is required for unperturbed progression to S phase (PMID: 16387653). Shown to be enriched at the transcription start site (TSS) and along gene bodies (PMID: 18552846).
