Lysine-specific demethylase NO66

NO66 belongs to MINA53/NO66 family that contains the JmJC domain. It demethylates H3K4me3 and H3K36me3. This activity is important for the transcriptional regulation of osteoblast-specific promoters (PMID: 19927124).
