Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase MLL2

It belongs to the MLL family of proteins. MLL2 is the second homolog of the drosophila trithorax gene and its amplification is supposed to be involved in human cancers (PMID: 10637508). NF-kB recruits MLL2 and MLL1 at MMP9 gene promoters to create H3K4me marks (PMID: 19219072).
